Bashar Barakah Jackson (July 20 1999 - - February 19, 2000) popularly referred to under the term Pop Smoke, was an American musician and rapper. He was signed to Victor Victor Worldwide and Republic Records. Pop Smoke became popular for his Brooklyn drill sound following his collaboration in collaboration with UK drill producer 808Melo Axl Beats, Yoz Beatz, and 808Melo Axl Beats. In April 2019 he released the song Welcome to the Party the first single from his debut mixtape Meet the Woo which was released in July 2019. The song has been remixed by American rapper Nicki Minaj and British rapper Skepta. Both were released in August of 2019. Pop Smoke dropped his smash song Welcome to the Party in April of the year 2019. It was the lead track on his debut mixtape Meet the Woo. In August, the song was remixed twice, once featuring Nicki Minaj featuring and another one featuring Skepta. The song stands out because of the inclusion of UK drills. This is a design that was to be found throughout his discography. Collaborations with 808Melo as well as British drill maker 808Melo are the reason for this. Mpr Flexin along with Dior are two of his popular songs. Since the release of Welcome to the Party in 2013, he's collaborated with numerous popular artists to produce singles, such as War which features Lil Tjay; and 100k in the coupe with Calboy. Gatti is the latest track released from the JackBoys 2019 album, of which Scott and Cactus Jack are a part of.
