Alinity Divine
Alinity was included in a lawsuit filed against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch user from California filed a civil lawsuit seeking $25 million in damages from Twitch in connection with the exposure to "overly suggestive and sexual content that came from female streamers" during their use of the site. According to Dexerto's court records Estavillo who previously sued Microsoft and Sony and also Nintendo and Blizzard and Blizzard, filed the suit on the 15th of June, and Twitch was issued an official summons later that day. In the complaint that was filed with the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from various medical conditions that force him to rely entirely on the internet to get his entertainment. He also suffers from as a disorder called obsessive compulsive and sexual addiction that according to the complaint Twitch only makes worse. The complaint then went on to list several female streamers who it believes "continues to provide viewers with a wide range of content that they simply want to watch users playing video games on Twitch and instead are confronted by sexually addictive materials and other content on a regular and regular basis daily." Other than Alinity among them those who have requested relief. the complaint seeks to have all streamers named above to be permanently banned in violation of Twitch's TOS and also $25 million dollars "to be split among the plaintiff as well as others Twitch Prime Turbo subscribers," and any remaining funds to be donated to different charities.
